The Kauai Real Estate market saw the median sales price for single-family homes jump more than 35% compared to February 2021. Condo and land prices also saw a slight bump in average sales price. The number of total sales saw a significant increase in vacant land sales compared to this time last year but saw a drop in the number of home sold.
