Kauai's real estate market continues to see record gains as the average price of a single-family house topped one million dollars for the third month in a row. The new median sales price increased by roughly 43% compared to March of last year near the start of the pandemic. The number of houses, condos and vacant land also saw huge jumps. Sales of single-family houses saw an increase of nearly 25%, condos roughly 50%, and vacant land skyrocketed by nearly 700%.
